At Blue Bottle Love, we want you to be completely satisfied with your intentional hydration vessels and home accessories. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap your glass bottles and home goods in their original protective padding to ensure they arrive safely without breakage.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
